Rose (Kawasaki)

Rose, designed by Toshikazu Kawasaki, folded from a square sheet of paper (15 x 15 cm). The size of the rose itself is 4 x 3 x 4 cm.

This rose takes about 30-40 minutes, which is significantly longer than the other Kawasaki rose presented here. Although this rose is somewhat more complicated to fold, the two roses share a lot of similarities, like the highly symmetrical structure and the same twisting technique to form the center and the twisted and layered arrangement of the petals.
