Steamboat

Origami steamboat

You may remember this origami steamboat from kindergarten or elementary school. I learnt it in kindergarten, anyway.

Folding instructions: Diagrams

Steamboat diagram 1
Fold the paper in half vertically and horizontally, then unfold it.

Fold all four corners to the center, then turn the paper upside down.

Fold all four corners to the center, then, again, turn the paper.

Again, fold the corners to the center, then turn the paper over.

Pull the top and bottom flaps to the left and right, as shown in the picture, and squash. The result should look like the figure in step 6.

Fold the model in half horizontally and simultaneously pull the flaps on the left and right up to finish the steamboat.
